Every piece of custom design jewelry begins with a conversation. You can call ahead to schedule, or stop in to speak with one of our gemologists.

Create Design in CAD

Phase 2

Simply said, once we have an idea of your ideal piece of custom jewelry, our CAD experts will take the time to create a computer-rendered version of your jewelry.

Render & Wax

Phase 3

After our team has developed a design and gotten your approval, it's time for us to create the wax model. We do this by implementing your special design into a 3D printer. And in some cases, the wax model will actually be cut by hand.

Once the wax model is ready, we'll present it to you. You'll let us know if you're happy with it as-is or if the model needs some adjusting. Don't be afraid to give us your honest feedback– your happiness is our priority. Our design work isn't finished until you're completely satisfied! 

Then, once the wax model is complete and approved, it's time to move on to the final phase…

Completing Your Custom Jewelry Design

Phase 4

In this final step, the gemstones will officially be set. Before delivering it to you, our Quality Control Development thoroughly inspects your custom-designed jewelry. 

Then, the crafted piece is then expertly polished, resulting in a beautifully finished creation! It's time to deliver it to you. We'll contact you promptly to hand over your newest piece of jewelry.
